LSPedia Appoints Prem Kumar as Head of Customer Success, India

LSPedia is proud to announce the promotion of Prem Kumar to Head of Customer Success, LSPedia India.  Prem’s promotion marks a significant milestone in LSPedia’s continued focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, scaling global operations, and investing in leadership that makes a difference.  

Prem joined LSPedia in February 2025 as Senior Manager, Services & Solutions, bringing deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset. Since then, he has quickly emerged as a dynamic leader and trusted voice within the organization making significant impacts across key operational areas.  

In his new role, Prem will lead customer success operations across LSPedia’s India operations, overseeing professional services, support, and strategic program delivery. Over the past months, he has played a vital role in advancing the organization’s global capabilities by:  

  • Providing leadership and operational oversight for the India-based Professional Services and Support teams  
  • Managing the development of new modules and features as part of our NEO Program—a dedicated product team within R&D focused on expanding OneScan’s capabilities 
  • Accelerated the launch and operationalization of LSPedia’s Globalization  
  • Leading service and sales enablement for the company’s Early Access Products  

Prem’s promotion recognizes his strong leadership, deep expertise, and the meaningful results he has delivered for both customers and internal teams—all while exemplifying LSPedia’s core values of ownership, subject matter excellence, effective use of technology, and a focus on impact.  

As Head of Customer Success, Prem will continue to shape the company’s service delivery strategy in India while playing an integral role in global customer success initiatives.
