Can’t I just get EPCIS data from my supplier portal?

Supplier portals may provide access to EPCIS data, but they can create a manual and fragmented process where you may not have permanent ownership of your data. OneScan Pharmacy Pro gives pharmacies a centralized place to manage supplier connections, receive data, and support ongoing DSCSA workflows.

Will Pharmacy Pro save my team time right away?

Do I need special hardware for 2D scanning?

Most pharmacies can use standard scanning hardware that supports both 1D and 2D barcodes. Our team can help confirm whether your current setup is compatible or if additional scanning equipment is needed.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on your signup path, supplier readiness, and how quickly your team completes onboarding steps. Pharmacy Pro is designed around guided onboarding so pharmacies can move through setup without a heavy implementation process.

What information do I need before onboarding?

You should be ready with organization and location details, pharmacy identifiers, supplier information, supplier account numbers, and user details for the team members who need access.

How do supplier connections work?

After setup, your pharmacy initiates the supplier connection request and asks suppliers to begin sending EPCIS data to LSPedia. Pharmacy Pro provides guidance to help you through that process.

Is Pharmacy Pro only for independent pharmacies?

No. Pharmacy Pro is built for pharmacies and dispenser teams, including independent pharmacies, multi-location pharmacies, health centers, correctional facilities, and other dispenser operations.
