LSPedia is proud to announce the debut of our new Serialized Recall Management Module at the 2025 Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) Traceability Seminar in Washington, D.C. This breakthrough marks a major leap forward in pharmaceutical recall automation—bringing unmatched speed, precision, and intelligence to a process that has long been slowed by manual effort and fragmented communication.
The new Serialized Recall Module, built on our trusted OneScan® platform, empowers manufacturers, wholesalers, and dispensers to pinpoint affected products at the lot and serial number level, instantly alert distribution centers, internal stakeholders, and trading partners, and drive end-to-end resolution in real time.
Using AI and machine learning, the module continuously monitors for recall signals, initiates automated responses, and executes workflows across the supply chain with minimal manual effort. For customers, this means faster execution, streamlined coordination, and stronger regulatory compliance—while reducing labor requirements by up to 90%.
As Adam Moy, LSPedia’s CTO, shared: “We set the bar with Investigator for exception management. Serialized Recall will do the same for pharmaceutical recalls—it’s purpose-built to be the industry’s new benchmark.”
Every pharma company today is working on—or planning—its AI strategy. Serialized Recall isn’t just compatible with AI—it enables it. By embedding intelligence directly into every recall event, this solution supports smarter decisions, quicker response times, and safer outcomes for patients.
“We built this product with the future in mind,” said Riya Cao, CEO of LSPedia. “Serialized isn’t just compliance—it’s the infrastructure engine for the next era of pharmaceutical operations. Our OneScan platform enabled data quality and exception management years ago. That foundation is what makes AI at scale possible today. Supply chains will eventually become intelligent—LSPedia is showing the way.”
Early adopters can begin implementation in August 2025, with general availability in October. The advanced Recall+ version—offering full automation across OneScan Enterprise—will launch in early 2026.
This release reflects LSPedia’s continued leadership in tech innovation, pharma compliance, and operational excellence across various sectors of the pharma supply chain.
